• I'd like to order a Slice combo, but I'm worried about selecting the correct size. If I select the wrong sizes, can they be exchanged?

The best thing is to make sure you order your true ring size. All the rings are made to order, and the sales are final. That being said, we do want to help out if things don't fit. Please see our return policy for more information.

• I am not sure what is my ring size, can you help?

Yes! We suggest you measure the inside diameter (length across the center) of the ring that fits you well, in millimeters, and we can then figure out the size from the ring size charts. Like the one bellow. Another option is to visit your local jeweler and get sized by them. Or, order a ring sizing rings so that you can always check at home.

• I was wondering if the item that I ordered has shipped, and if not, please let me know when it will be.

All our jewelry is made to order and requires 2-4 weeks before it ships. This is do to the nature of the production process and making everything in very small batches, as well as the general (post) Covid slower times and processes. When your order ships you will receive the confirmation email and the tracking number.
